How to avoid wasting food after having north Indian cuisine at Alexandra hills?

Wasting food is a very large problem in every home and restaurant. With an average of at least 3 meals a day and counting the number of snacks, fruits that get eaten every day, food waste I bound to be higher. In times of disaster like what we are going during the Coronavirus (COVID 2020) phase, we need to think of many ways we can lower the contamination, minimize contact and take care of garbage disposal. It is not easy to get groceries right now but we can always order Indian takeaway from Alexandra hills.

How to avoid wasting food

Order less
No matter how hungry you are, order lesser than your hunger permits. There are many people who do not have access to a basic meal. Some just get one meal a day. The privileged have the ability to leave excess food, but those who cannot afford can’t. So think about it and consciously order Indian takeaway from Redland bay.

Don’t eat if not hungry
This is a very common issue. Just because man has made a regime of eating 3 times a day doesn’t mean you have to eat 3 times a day. If you aren’t hungry, just have some dry fruits and a full glass of milk. It is healthy and filling. You will do a pure act of saving food.

Have leftovers
Many times we order excess food. We tell the waiter to pack it for home. Remember to eat it the next day and not throw it away. Leftover food of one day does no harm to the body unless the weather is too harshly hot for it to survive. Check the refrigerator at all times and plan the food accordingly. You can even re-cook leftovers in an interesting way to make sure it’s heated properly and is fresh like new.

Ask the waiter for portion size
When your order a north Indian takeaway from Redland bay, always ask the waiter for each item’s portion. This is important to estimate how many dishes and Rotis you need for that meal.  Assuming one portion of chicken curry serves two, order 2 portions if there are four people and not more than that. This also depends on everyone’s food preference and hunger size.

Poverty and pandemics are hard times and wasting food may not be ideal for the world because we are in this together.

Looking for some mouthwatering food? Try some of the best Indian dishes in Australia

The craving for good food seems endless until we actually find that one particularly worthy cuisine. It is in a nice stomach filing, a mind-blowing dish that makes your whole day (or night). It is true; the food that doesn’t meet up to our mark creates havoc in the mind, especially when you crave a good one. But that is rarely a case at the Indian restaurant in Brisbane. Indian food is now widely famous for its tasty and satisfying dishes. It’s no surprise that there are many restaurants open to let people know its true quality.

There are Indian takeaways in Brisbane that have some fine dishes to help you with food selections-

Butter chicken- A famous item from India, this dish is cooked in a tandoor (metal oven or cylindrical clay) with extra butter sauce. The tandoor is also known as tannour in many countries. Butter chicken is a north Indian dish that is eaten with Naan and daal makhani.

Naan- It is an oven-baked fluffy and crispy flatbread. You will find a number of varieties under this to chose from, like Garlic Naan, Keema Naan, Paneer Naan, Chicken and cheese naan, Onion and Cheese naan, etc. You can find these at Indian restaurants Redland bay as well.

Daal Makhani – Daal is an Indian term for dried or split legumes (also known as pulses). The primary ingredient for dal makhani is black whole lentil, kidney beans, cream and a whole lot of butter.  Because of the richness of the cream, the dish gets its own kind of flavor that makes it so tasty and demanding.

Paneer items- Paneer, also known as cottage cheese, is a non-melting long-lasting cheese made out of curdling milk.  It is used to make dishes like Paneer Butter Masala, Palak (spinach) paneer and many more. The soft cheese is what makes it so good to eat. This finger-licking-good item can be eaten with the items mentioned above for an even more awesome experience. You can get it at Indian takeaway Redland bay in just a few minutes of ordering.

The staff that prepares such meals has only one goal in mind- to please their customers. Whatever it takes, their utmost priority remains good food and happy customers. Try these and you will surely come for more food and pleasing service.
